SAVE THE
YOUTH CAMPAIGN to WIN OVER TOBACCO was launched in the APCPL CAMPUS OF JARLI on
15-9-2017.
SAVE the
YOUTH program is Sensitization of the masses, Awareness about the nuisances of
tobacco and that it is possible to quit, Volunteering and establishing clubs
for tobacco wellness and Enforcement of various tobacco rules in the
organization.

MISHRA in his speech extended all support and emphasized that APCPL wishes good
health for all its employees and their family members at present and also in
the future. Tobacco is one of the most addictive substance and poison which
kills the person taking it and harms the environment and the family members
too. Prevention is better than cure and APCPL will take all steps to make the
campus free form tobacco.

Gupta CANCER surgeon, Social Activist and Writer has been promoting the SAVE
the youth campaign to Win over tobacco said that the best thing an Organization
can do for its employees and their family.
SAVE the Youth campaign is promoting – BE SMART DO NOT START for the
youths who have not started and help those who are addicted to WIN OVER TOBACCO
slavery easily. I CAN CARE would be the knowledge partner in this campaign with
APCPL for the campaign.

Srivastav Chief Medical Officer emphasized that to make APCPL tobacco free
three things are important awareness, treatment and rehabilitation. While the
awareness and implementation of SAVE the Youth Campaign would be taken care by
the HR department, Dr Srivastav and his
team would extend the medical facility required for treatment and
rehabilitation to the tobacco users in their journey to quit tobacco.
The HR team
of APCPL headed by Mrs Anurita Manohar initiated this campaign.
The

B.K.Sharma AGM HR, Mrs Sudipta Das, Dr Jayshree and others
