Indian Cancer Winners' Association a non profit volunteer based NGO with a mission to “WIN OVER CANCER” by removing the stigma associated with Cancer in our society. The organization help raise awareness about cancer, promote early detection and healthy lifestyle and motivate cancer patients to lead life with a positive and winning attitude; ‘I CAN WIN’ organizes Workshops, Round table discussions, Conferences & Rehabilitation camps to achieve all its Goal.
November 7th is World Cancer Awareness Day, and our Association is organizing
“I CAN WIN - WALK” and Cancer Screening as per following program in NOIDA.
7th November: Cancer Awareness Campaign
8th November: Cancer Awareness Walk and screening for Oral and Breast Cancer
Venue: Spice mall Sector 25A, Noida 7-9am
The walk would start from Spice mall Sector 25 and end at Sector 20 Hanuman Mandir Community Hall, Noida
The screening program would be at the Community Hall Sector 20, Noida 10Am - 1pm
The participants in the walk would be Cancer WINNERS, school students, people who have been touched by cancer, local public. Through this program we intend to
1) Create awareness about Cancer prevention and promote healthy lifestyle.
2) Communicate that cancer is a curable disease
3) Promote positive and winning attitude in patients & their immediate family.
4) Empower people with self awareness tools for early detection of cancer.
5) To change the perception of people about the disease.
Our suggested message is “be careful not fearful of cancer”, “3 minutes, 3 fingers once in 30 days can save your life from breast cancer – be self breast aware”

Just a mere suspicion of having any form of Cancer sends shivers to anybody and it is natural to feel intimidated and terrorized. Obviously to endure this dreaded disease tends to be devastating. For the past more than two years “Indian Cancer Winners’ Association” has been striving very successfully in allaying these concerns. The organization was initiated with the very concept of change in philosophy from ‘fight against cancer’ to “Win over Cancer”. This organization is a conglomeration of like minded citizens comprising of Cancer Winners (Patients who have gone through Cancer treatment), families and friends of such patients and medical professionals involved directly or indirectly in Cancer cure. The key members are accomplished Cancer specialists and other medical professionals and people of eminence. Gauging from the response to its work in the society, this NGO (Non-governmental organization) has become a force to reckon with. It strives to minimize the trauma of Cancer by the kinship offered by the support groups. Besides propagating awareness and early detection of cancer, the organization works to motivate the Cancer patients to lead a life with a positive and winning attitude. Till now this movement of kinship has been through rehabilitation camps for cancer survivors, early detection and awareness camps and workshops & round table discussions for public and medical professionals.
As the reach of the organization spread out, different chapters were made to facilitate the smooth functioning of the organization At present it has three chapters, namely Moradabad, Ghaziabad, Faridabad.
