Sri
Suresh Prakash National Secretary told about I CAN WIN organisation, its aims
& objective & moduofoprandi. He also told that Cancer is curable
provided detected & treated at an early stage. Our goal is to reduce the number
of patients and mortality on account of cancer by educating masses through its
symptoms and early self detection & adopting correct life style. One should
be careful not fearful. Be positive in life & think I CAN WIN.
The awareness
programme was conducted by Dr. Brij Pal Singh, Radiation Oncologist of Fortis
Hospital, Noida, exhibiting about the origin of cancer, its symptoms &
early detection. Dr. Sarika Bansal of Sri Jagannath Charitable Cancer Hospital,
Ghaziabad and spoke regarding common cancers in ladies i.e. Breast &
Cervix. She told in details symptoms of both the cancers & self Breast
Examination & prevention of Cervical Cancer through Vaccination. Dr. Narendra
Bansal insited about the healthy life style to prevent Cancer & other
diseases
The
programme was very methodical & beautifully arranged & followed by serving
delicious lunch courtesy of Lions Club Ghaziabad Royal at about 2.00 PM.
